A: You may place orders on-line at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment Options Q: What are my payment options? A: We only accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Master Card) as payment. When placing an order on-line we ask that you fill out all the billing information fields. We do not accept PayPal, Checks, or Money Orders. Gift Cards XRyderz Gift Cards are available and redeemable at all XRyderz Retial Store locations and store.nofear.com Availability of Items Q: If an item appears to be in stock on the website, does it mean it is absolutly available? A: Generally, yes. What you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. We attempt to keep as accurate an inventory as possible. However, at times our website may show an item is available when it truly is not available. If an item is not in our inventory, we will ship your order minus the missing item(s). However, we only charge for the items shipped. Q: What if I did not receive my entire order? A: As stated in the answer above, we attempt to ship every order complete, but sometimes this is not possible. If we do not have an item in stock at the time of shipment, we will ship your order without the missing item. All other ordered items that were not shipped will be cancelled from the order. We do not backorder items, however if you would like to replace an item that is out of stock on your order, please call customer service at 877-796-7842 and we will gladly assist you. If you would like to replace an item that was unavailable at time of shipment, we will ship it with free shipping. Q: Once I have made an order has my credit card been charged? A: All orders are handled individually and credit cards will only be charged when the order is shipped. Q: What if I never receive my order? A: If your order is not shipped for one reason or another, you will be contacted via email wuith an explanation as to why your order was never shipped. Shipping We are now open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am – 4:00pm PST. Any orders placed after 8:00am each day will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed after Friday at 8:00am will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process at our facility. The FedEx shipping method chosen will only apply from the point in which the order is shipped. For example, FedEx next day shipping means that once the order is shipped, the order will arrive the following business day. Regardless of shipping method chosen, please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order. If you need your order processing expedited, please contact our customer service department. Q: Do you ship to APO or FPO (Non-Domestic) addresses? A: We Do Ship to APO/APO/AE (non-domestic) addresses. These orders will be shiped via United States Postal Service Priority mail. Additional shipping charges may apply to non-domestic orders. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days to process and ship non-domestic orders. Q: How much will my shipping charges be? Return and Exchange Policies XRyderz is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the unused product, please follow the guidelines below. All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unused condition. You have 30 days following the date of purchase to return your items. No returns or exchanges on Watches, Eyewear, Goggles or Optic Accessories. Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise (as warranties vary). No returns or exchanges on women’s swimwear/underwear. No returns or exchanges on open DVD’s and CD’s. No returns on washed or worn product.
